At DIXXON UK, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, or use your own preferred tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
